Is my data really anonymous?

Yes, of course! Your responses and feedback are completely anonymized. No personal information is included in the final reports and managers can only see the total results for their respective departments/teams. Our software does not in any way provide the possibility to trace the origin of survey responses. Your personal integrity is a top priority for us.

How often will I receive surveys?

The survey schedule is determined by your organization. Generally, we recommend sending surveys once a week, which most of our clients also choose to apply. With frequent updates, any issues can be catched, investigated and resolved early, before they have the chance to escalate.

How long does a survey take to complete?

Completing a survey takes around three minutes on average and response times tend to reduce as you get more familiar with the questions. Our software pre-fills each survey with your previous responses, so that you only need to update if there has been any changes. Like a breeze!

I have seen or been subjected to a violation. What do I do?

Sadly, violations at the workplace are not uncommon. May it be harassement, bullying, theft or other offenses, it is important to report these issues, big and small, immediately so that appropriate measures can be taken. However, circumstances often make it hard to be a "whistle blower". With our unique reporting functionality, you are able to report any violations anonymously, ensuring that the issues are investigated and handled appropriately.

Does my employer own my data?

No, absolutely not. You and you only control and own your data. You can at any point choose to delete your account and personal data. However, anonymized aggregated data included in our survey reports and analytics will not be affected. If you change employer, you can simply dissconnect from your current organization and connect to the new one and thereby keep your personal stats, history and progress.

Can I really make a difference?

Definately, one vote can really make a difference. Have you ever been stressed, over worked, dissatisfied with leadership or in other ways felt unhappy with your current work situation? I have participated in similar surveys before but rarely seen any follow up or improvements. How is this different?

Traditional employee surveys are sent out irregularly with intervals up to 12 months. These tend to be large, exhausting and time-consuming to complete, also resulting in outdated data. Any reported issues may be up to 12 months old, making these reports misleading and practically unusable.
